Booking

In order to book a photo session, please contact me via website or send me a message on Instagram.

There is a fee of 500 DKK when you are booking a photo session with me.

The final bill you will receive after you have chosen the amount of photos you would like to purchase.

The fee is not refundable unless the photo session is cancelled by me.

The date of the photo session can be moved maximum 2 times under reasonable curcumstances

Location

I usually take a photo shoot in Hornbæk and around, in Nordsjælland and Copenhagen. I am also open to other locations in Denmark and abroad. Please notice that the price for transport and accomodation can be a subject to additional fee in case of travelling abroad and long distances in Denmark.

Payment

Payment can be made via MobilePay or via bank transfer. I will send my information once we have made an agreement on booking.

Delivery of photos

I am sending a gallery of beautifully edited high-resolution images in color and black&white om Photographer's choice, as well as instructions on how to use the gallery and make the selection. When you receive the gallery, you must select the agreed number of images or you can choose to upgrade the size of the gallery.

After selection and payment the images can be downloaded directly from the gallery in  high resolution or web size. The gallery is usually ready after 14 days /2 weeks after the photo session and available online for 2 weeks.

NB! It is forbidden to take screenshots of the photos on any digital devices.

Gift certificate

It is possible to purchase a gift certificate for a photosession or a gift card for amount from 300 DKK. The gift certificate is delivered digitally and can be printed by a customer. All gift cards are valid from the date of issue and 1 year onwards, the expiry date appears on the gift card. Gift card is not redeemable  for cash and is not to be combined with other promos, offers and discounts.

Copyrights

The negative (RAW) files remain the property of the Photographer and it is not possible to purchase them.

The copyrights of all the photos taken during the photo shoot remain with the Photographer and Photographer reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, social media, advertising, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. 

Client agrees to use the photos only for prive use and not to sell any image taken during the photo session to any person, company, group, advertising agency etc. without Photographer's consent. 

Photos may not be modified by using filters or other color correction techniques without Photographer’s consent.

Model release

Unless otherwise stipulated, Client hereby consent that the photographs taken and presented by the Photographer may be used for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website, social media for promotion purpose. Client also agrees that the images can be used without additional compensation.
